"Pretty Good, Just a Bit Hit or Miss"
The staff at Universal Studios were mostly super friendly and smiling a lot, which was nice. A couple of them really went out of their way to help us figure out ticket stuff and ride times, so shoutout to them. But some others seemed kinda rushed or like they didn’t really know what was going on, so we got bounced around to different spots a few times. Not the worst thing ever, just a little messy. Overall, it was an okay experience, but yeah, it could definitely be better

"Not Quite What I Expected"
I don’t know, some of the shows just felt really rushed to me, and way louder than I was expecting. I kept trying to get into it, but then it would jump to the next thing so fast. Maybe I built it up too much in my head, but it wasn’t as fun as I thought it would be.

"Save Your Time and Skip It"
I spent more time standing in lines than actually enjoying anything. The queue signs kept changing, and the staff didn’t really explain what was going on, so it all felt unorganized. For the ticket price, it just wasn’t worth it. Save your time and do something else

They had a nice selection of merch, and I liked a lot of what I saw. Prices were a bit higher than I expected though, especially compared to some other places where I’ve seen similar stuff for... well, you get the idea.

I had a fun time overall, but it felt like they let way too many people in. I spent a good chunk of the day dealing with crazy lines, and even just walking around felt packed and stressful at times. The app wait times did help me plan things a little better, but I still kept thinking they really need to manage capacity more carefully.

I tried buying tickets online when I was already in a bit of a tired mood, and the site kept freezing right at the payment step. After that, I didn’t get any confirmation, so I had no idea if the order went through or not. Support took a while to respond, which just made the whole thing feel even more stressful than it needed to be.

"Not Really Up to My Standard for the Price"
I went with my family, i was disappointed. Maybe my standards are a little high when tickets cost that much, but a lot of the rides felt worn out. Some effects weren’t working, a few screens looked blurry, and too many attractions were basically just sitting in a cart watching a movie. The lines were really long for rides that were over so fast. The staff was fine and no one was rude, but the actual ride experience just didn’t live up to what I expected.
"Halloween night was disappointing"
Halloween night was kind of a letdown. The crowds were massive, the scare zones felt like they were rushing people through, and almost every ride had a ridiculous wait. What made it more frustrating was seeing people clearly taking advantage of policy loopholes to skip around lines or get special treatment, while everyone else just had to deal with it. I get that busy nights happen, but the whole experience felt poorly managed.

Tickets definitely aren’t cheap, but booking through universalstudios.com was really easy and straightforward. The whole process was smooth, which I appreciated, and after spending a full day there, I felt like the price was fair. I do wish the fees were shown a little earlier, but overall we had a great time and felt like we got good value. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Clean and well kept, even on a busy day"
I’ll be honest, after paying I was a little skeptical and wondered if the place would actually feel worth it once we got inside. But the park stayed clean throughout the day. The bathrooms weren’t perfect, but I did notice staff checking on them often, and I never saw trash piling up anywhere. The rides and walkways also looked like they were being taken care of, which was nice to see with how busy it was. Overall, it felt well maintained.

"Not renewing this pass"
My snap judgment after looking at the current annual pass perks is that they’ve gotten weak. There are blackout dates all over the place, and the discounts don’t really make much of a difference anymore. For me, it just doesn’t feel worth renewing

"Lockers were more of a pain than I expected"
We still had a fun day overall, but the locker setup was kind of frustrating. Compared to other parks I’ve been to, this felt like a lot more stopping and figuring out where to put our stuff before certain rides. The locker areas got crowded, and the rental time seemed a little too short, especially when you’re trying to keep track of bags or kids’ things. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it definitely made the day less convenient than I was hoping.

I found it not flexible enough for what I needed. Every time I thought I had things figured out, it felt like the requirements or limitations shifted again, like the goalposts kept moving. It made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"I bought Express Passes for my…"
I bought Express Passes for my family thinking it would make the day way easier... but i don’t think it was worth the huge extra cost. We still ended up waiting quite a bit for the busier rides, and a few of the lines didn’t seem to move much faster at all. The park itself was fun, no complaints there — but the price of the pass just felt like a rip off.

The kids were super excited to meet the Minions and had a great time. The line was a bit longer than I expected, so we did spend a decent amount of time waiting around, but once they got up there, it was worth it... they were smiling the whole time.

"Not the Best Fit for Families with Kids"
There were a few things I liked, and I can see how it might be enjoyable for some people, but it was way too stressful with kids. It just didn’t feel very relaxing for our family, and by the end I was more exhausted than anything. Glad we tried it, but I don’t think we’d do it again.

"Helpful wheelchair lines"
The wheelchair lines made things a lot easier, honestly. The staff mostly seemed to know what they were doing and were helpful when I had questions. There were a couple moments where I wasn't totally sure who to ask or where to go next, but overall it worked out well.

"Fun overall, but the snacks add up"
I mean, I had a good time overall, but wow, the snacks and drinks were just way too expensive. Like, every time we took a little break, it kind of felt like, okay, here comes another big charge for something small. So yeah, the experience was fun, but the prices for food and drinks definitely took away from it a bit...

"Smooth trip, but I’m a little less trusting now"
The hotel was clean, the tickets worked without any issues, and the kids had an amazing time, so in the end the package did what it was supposed to do. That said, there were a couple small moments where I felt like the details weren’t as clear as they should’ve been, which made me second-guess things a bit. It didn’t ruin the trip, but it did make me feel a little less confident than I expected.
